Liquid Tuna FusemeALL Salad

I know this really does not sound like it would taste good but it is amazing!!!!!!!

This is a full meal in the liquid form
10 Minutes to Prepare and Cook


Ingredients
Leaf Spinach – 2 leaf
Grapes-1 cup
Tuna in Spring Water – one serving, 3oz
Soy or Low Fat Milk- 2 cups
Carrots -2
V8 V.Fusion Juice-8oz

Directions
Measure all the ingredients and throw them in a blender.  I like  it chilled
so if I didn’t have time to make it in advance and let sit in  the fridge I
will throw in a couple ice cubes.
